My intention as a professional Yoga Instructor is to help my clients listen to their inner selves and find the courage to listen to it. Take time out for yourself finding the right asnas/pose for your body.

You may need to add a prop/block or maybe chair yoga is more for you, its all wonderful and great for us to explore and try new ways. 

 

Yoga can help teach you to be present in the moment, destress, relax, be still be strong, even some be more in touch with their spirituality self.
