
This Class is open to all levels ​
This class is a great way to unwind, destress and bring ease to the body and mind.​
You will be using many props like pillows, cushions, blanket, Strap, towels, blocks are just a few thing that you could be using.​
​
Please use what you have in your home on hand, it not about the props but your comforter level.​
Don't forget that a large towel rolled is a great to use under you knees.​
Every class is different and unique just as we are.​

With any class you should listen to your body and do not push your self to the point of pain or feeling any pain pinching at any time. yes you may feel movement in your body and you may even work up a sweat; but please do not push your self to the point of lacking breath and uncomfortable.

Did you know that you do not have to have your camera turn on you (can just use a picture in place) to join into class and your children can even join in or your partner at no extra cost.

I do ask at times if your rooms a little noisy to mute your self during that time. I'm always available for questions or a chat about, Thank you :-) looking forward to our next class.
