
Gentle Hatha Flow class
A great class for all levels
​A gentle introduction some basic yoga postures. You should end up leaving class feeling looser, more relaxed; some may work up a sweat as we are all different.
​
This class is designed to losses stretch and relax while building strength all over time. While building your asana practice step by step guidance of each pose we are working on and from getting rooted base to what work best for our current body.
​
​Hatha is great for beginners and more experienced yogis. This class tends to be a slower form of yoga with a greater emphasis on pose instruction.
Every class is different and unique just as we are.

Please allow your self 15 minutes before class to join or sign up 15- 20 minutes before the start of any class. I may need that time to send a link or invite to you, I will have the room open a few minute before the start of the class. I'm always available for questions or a chat.

Tuesday & Thursday @ 10am
Class times do change, sometime there may be a daily change to the time and it does not show in the PayPal pull down menu just use the date and not worry about the time, I will understand, plus you can also contact the office.
