Chair Yoga
This class is Great for all bodies
Using a chair in your practice can add new challenges or assists you in balancing poses.
This is also great to do at your desk area.
You will need a Chair with no arms is best. Yes you will still need a mat.
The chair will be used for sitting & standing asanas, plus a seated meditation
Every class is different and unique just as we are.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Please allow your self 15 minutes before class to join or sign up 15- 20 minutes before the start of any class. I may need that time to send a link or invite to you, I will have the room open a few minute before the start of the class. I'm always available for questions or a chat.
